Refunds are decided by an authorised dispute moderator after reviewing the listing, the agreed price, the Deal Room conversation, submitted evidence and verified payment records. Refund and release instructions are executed only through the authorised payment provider or approved settlement process. The buyer review window and deadlines are configured by the platform; see the Deal Room for the deadlines that apply to a specific deal.
