Safety & Security
What the platform does, and what you should never do.
Built-in safeguards
- Every listing is reviewed before publication; prohibited assets are removed.
- Prices are locked when both parties agree and can never change silently.
- Deal statuses are enforced on the server; the frontend cannot forge a payment confirmation.
- Manual payment reconciliation requires evidence, a reason and the finance role — and is audited.
- Admin access to private conversations is role-controlled and logged.
- Evidence, decisions and timestamps on appeals are never rewritten.
- Rate limiting, CSRF protection, secure sessions and validated uploads.
Never do this
- Never share OTPs, passwords, session cookies or recovery codes in messages — nobody from TakaMarbeNa will ask for them.
- Never pay outside the Deal Room or before it exists.
- Never transfer an asset before the status shows Payment Confirmed.
- Never list stolen, hacked or compromised accounts, or assets whose transfer the service forbids.
- Never move the conversation to a phone number or app to “save the fee”.
Reporting
Use Report on any listing, profile or conversation, or email Admin@takamarbena.com. Suspected account compromise during a deal should be raised as an appeal immediately.
