1. TakaMarbeNa is an admin-supervised marketplace where users list, negotiate and transfer eligible digital assets.
2. You must be legally able to transfer any asset you list, and the transfer must comply with the relevant service's terms and applicable law in Bangladesh.
3. The platform supervises deals through the Deal Room but does not itself own, operate or guarantee the assets listed.
4. Payment handling is described in the Refund Policy. In the current version payments run in a clearly labelled sandbox/demo mode; no real funds are held.
5. Accounts that list stolen, hacked, compromised or fraudulent assets will be suspended and reported where required.
